Body
-The body shell is acid dipped to remove all paint, old filla, sealant etc.
-Hot body wash.
-The body shell is rust proof dipped and then assessed to see what needs replacing or repaired.
We have full machining folding, milling, turning and bending. So if panels are unavailable we can make them.
-Body shell and closing panels are restored, repaired or replaced.
-The body shell is etch primed and then a special body primer is applied and low baked. It is then left for one week and dye coated and bloched down, reprimed, bloched and then the top coat. Coat is applied and low baked, flattened, polished and gun finished.
Mechanical
-All mechanical parts are stripped and replaced where necessary.
-Cleaned and bead blasted.
-Powder coated with a choice of colours.
-All chrome is bead blasted, zinc plated and 3 layers of chrome plate, then polished to a mirror finish.
-The interior is retrimmed, new carpet, new headlinings, door panels etc.
-New brake and fuel lines.
-Body loom recovered.
-Recored radiator.
-All clips, screws, nuts and bolts chromed.
-Refit all parts back on to the car using new parts where needed.
-Inject waxol in cavities, chassie and doors.
-Tsting of all electrics, roller tests on brakes, tracking, emission report.
-MOT, comprehensive road test and report.
